I just completed #FBMass and it was great! Now, I wonder what workout program to do next to continue mass building? Unfortunately, there's no 2nd round of #FBMass. I could repeat the thing - and I'll definetely do this -, but for now I want some fresh input :)
On first sight, #FBSweat seems to target a little mass building, but I'll be happy for any recommendation from experienced people.
