Skinny fat newbie, female - FB Strong?

Hello! I am a 26F, 5'3 and at 119lbs/54kgs.

I never worked out in my life up until 6 weeks ago when I picked up a few quite intense bodyweight programs during lockdown and began enjoying the process. However they were heavily cardio-focussed which I am not sure would be helpful in achieving my goal. I am now looking to move onto Fitness Blender with one of their programs but not sure which one's the right for me?

I have pretty slender arms and legs but a much wider belly which I have always been self-conscious of. I am not focussed about losing/gaining weight, but I would love to get stronger and reshape i.e. gain some definition overall and tone up(yaay, abs!). Would you recommend FB Strong to a person who has never lifted? Or should I be looking at some other programs? I checked out FB Low Impact but it feels a bit chill for my needs.
