fb Bodyweight only round 2 issues

I am in my last week of bodyweight rd 2 and although I have generally liked it, I do have one complaint.....There seems to be several days with level 5 workouts that even say in the descriptions they re not for beginners, and may also be too challenging for intermediate levels....but there are not alternative workouts offered. I consider myself intermediate, and I also know my limitations and routinely modify most of what I do. (popsquat? ah no...squat with heel lifts; always low impact burpees, and jumping jacks,....) I am even pretty good at on the spot alternatives with new routines I am eager to try. However, this program did slightly disappoint in this area. I felt that there were alternatives or extra credit on days that were less intense than others with no,alternatives. SO.....

my suggestion is this: in programs perhaps, when a level 5 is used, a level 3 or 4 could be given as an alternative for those of us less enduring!!😁
