FB Fit 2 Days 29 and 30 will have your glutes and upper body sore - New Fave's

OMG FB Fit 2 Days 29 and 30 had my glutes and upper body super sore and I liked it. Just finished day 32 though.

I generally use between 5lbs and 20lbs for my workouts. 20lbs lower body and between 5lbs-15lbs for my upper body. I was lucky enough a few years ago to find a pair of the original Power Block Weights at a thrift store for $20

Anyway, before I start my next program I am going to do those two again. Do you have a fave workout video?
