FB Fit - Round 2

Hi all! I just wanted to share, I have been doing FB workouts on and off for the past couple of years. I just completed my first FB program, it was the 8 week FB Fit Round 2. Kicked my butt and I've got the results to prove it! I still have a ways to go before reaching my goal but I love having evidence of the progress being made. I'm 35 years old and this is the strongest I've ever been in my life, it feels good!
