Great stretch for tight upper body muscles:

And it changed the world for me!! I have been doing a lot of upper body workouts, (as I'm sure some of you may already know) and yesterday, in the morning, I did a pretty intense upper body workout, (I have been doing more and more difficult to build strength - I hoped) and then in the afternoon, I did as much active stuff as I could get into. (and shocked everyone - because I never do anything active!🤣💪) this morning however, I woke up and my neck was so stiff that I could barely move my head, and it felt like I had fists digging into the muscles behind my shoulder blades - so I found this workout and did it. It was A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!! I feel so much more free!!

So, the gist of what I was trying to say is, if you have tight muscles I highly recommend giving this stretch a try!!
