Hello FB community,
I was curious to know if any of you recommend particular FB workouts that would be good at exercising the whole body when you can't bear weight on one foot for three months? (Darn that foot surgery!)
Of course these would be seated workouts or those lying on the floor...the awkward thing is that I'll have to be wearing a surgical boot on the recovering foot during the workout. Thought I'd tap into the hive mind to see if anyone has some they think would provide a good workout where most or all of the exercises are on the floor or seated.
