Just completed 8 weeks of consistent working out, and a round of FB Burn 1!!

8 WEEKS! Honestly, I feel so much better now than two months ago. I've used FB on and off for years now, but never as consistently as now. Personally for me, I have to do a workout everyday. On my rest days I do yoga, and take as many "rest" days as I need for the week. But knowing that I'm getting that Check is the best feeling in the world. I feel good!
