FB Reach Complete & PFT Results

Today I completed FB Reach, I enjoyed the program & I feel I have improved my flexibility. I was definitely thankful this was the program I was in the middle of during the heatwave & not Sweat!! 😀

Here are my PFT results - I have shown today's results followed by my results from the start of the program. I'm quite pleased with the progress, although I have cheated a bit as I didn't do the 1 mile run!

Full push ups:

Sit & Reach:

+4 inches - 03/07/20

+3.5 inches (08.06.20)

Looking forward to starting The Blue Ribbon Challenge next week!
