Pregnancy & Safe Workouts

I am finally ready to exclaim to the community that I am pregnant. Now, I have been informed by my OBGYN certain limitations (i.e no laying on flat back after 20 weeks, no more than 30 lbs as of current, no more HIIT, keeping heart rate under 150, etc.) However, I wasn't sure by my fellow pregnant or past pregnant mothers if you have any recommendations. Fitness Blender is terrific, but does not have any workouts specifically targeted for pregnant women. I'm currently 15 weeks pregnant and where I used to do lots of HIIT, heavy strength training, and running...I have recently made modifications to power walking, toning, some light strength training, and more low-impact workouts. Does anyone have any recommendations for specific workouts? Thank you!
