I have done a lot of FB videos so far.. but I want to try out a workout program now that it is the last day on sale!
I doubt between Fit2 and Abs2 for the following reasons:
I like abs but I am afraid I will not see a lot of results afterwards, because I already have a (relatively) strong core.. I can do 7 minutes of straight planking and therefore wonder if I would still improve when following abs2 or if I will stay at the level I am now..
On the other hand.. 5/6 days of Fit2 (which is considered one of the tougher ones) and 50 mins each day sounds daunting to me and I am afraid that I will not show up for my workouts because of that..
Therefore could I get some expertise from the people who have done these programs before :) ?
What was your experience with it and which one would you recommend for a workout program newbie?
