Perspiration Pals - June 30.

What's up, P Pals?😉

Sweat Day 9 has a lot of cardio, both in the main workout and EC.

It's a BE format once again. However, it's one of the few bored easily workouts I can stomach.😅 I actually felt like a was working out due to the variety for each style helps to hit the same muscles in different ways. If I remember correctly, we did this one in Abs2 as well...

Today is not that hot here, it was a rather pleasant morning and it's still breathable. Hopefully, there will be some fresh air to breathe later in the evening. 😊
