Hello! I have been up and down the scale but this time I've found myself in a pickle. I've been trying to lose weight but I need a workout and eating routine. I've been stumped at 230 lbs. I did lots of sports in high school been in the army and after leaving the army can't find a good routine to follow. I would appreciate it if someone could send me a workout plan and meal plan to follow while attempting to use FB. Thank you!
