Hello! I love FB programs and videos. In the last two month I have completed FB low impact and am near completion for FB strong. I love both of them, especially since they worked out well with my situation of having downstair neighbors. I tried to do HIIT on my balcony once, and tried to do it over two mats in my carpeted bedroom once, but still feel really self conscious about it and can’t fully engage in the workout.
I would like to keep going and do a new program after I finish FB strong. I was looking around but there aren’t a lot of information for other programs... any suggestions would be appreciated!
