Perspiration Pals + Girl Wisdom?

What's up, P Pals? 😉

"Wake Up and GO HIIT Workout." 😂😂😂 C'mon, you must be joking! There's no such thing. I mean, a HIIT routine to do as soon as I wake up? Nope! 😏😇

However, this is my EC for Sweat Day 8, and I might do it later in the evening (read: at night). 😅

For now, I did the main workout which is Total Body Strenght, buuuut bored easily. 🙄 And so, I got bored after first set.😅 To continue, I dropped my weights and used only resistance bands to the very end. I survived. 😉

I am dripping in sweat, I don't think there's a piece of dry skin anywhere on my body.🥵 And I just loathe boob-sweat, aka humidititties. 😏😂

P.S. I still can't do a single push-up, but I can hold static position on half point. If that makes any sense. 😅
