Perspiration Pals - June 26.

Hey, P Pals! What's up?😁

So, Sweat Day5 today. I only did the EC, 'cause I just cannot resist a good lower body pilates. 😉 And I added tomorrow's active stretching routine, which is not my favorite, btw.

Why all that? Well, tomorrow I have a date with Michele and a few others and for our fun activity, we're doing the latest 1000 calorie workout. 😅 You're welcome to join. Michele will open a thread tomorrow after her workout complete, so you can share your experiences there too.

And for today's meme - an ode to our dear Ivett who did an early workout, at least once. 😏😅

What about rest of you? Are you against/for exercise first thing in the morning, or even before the sun comes out? For me, it's a big no no. 🤣
