SI Joint Pain - To Squat or Not to Squat



Just wondering if anyone in the FB community have SI Joint Pain and if so how do you deal with Squats and Deadlifts? Are there any alternatives you’ve found that work the same muscle groups without issues? I’ve tried lowering my weights for squats (18lbs down to 15lbs) and replaced deadlifts (24lbs) with thrusts (24lbs) but I still end up with pain, I would like to be able to do deadlifts again and I’ve been practicing the excerises for SI Joint pain relief.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:)
