Workout routine

Hello!

I just bumped into FB this week. About 4 weeks agoI started working out again after having my baby 8 months ago,

I haven’t lost much weight but I have lost quite a few inches and I’m now between a size 4 and a 6. In an ideal world I’d like to go back to size 2-4.

Three years ago I lost 70lbs by running and calorie counting. I became very very slender (proper long distance runner). Now that I have th3 baby I can’t go out and run but workout 5 days a week.

My usual routine is:

15 min yoga

15 min hiit

10min lower body

10 min upper body

10 min core

I also walk between 3-4mi ever day.

Do you think this is balanced routine?
