Bored Easily note about days 16-18

Just wanted to heads up others doing this that days 16, 17, and 18 are all upper body taxing days. 16 is upper body strength, 17 is kickboxing abs, 18 is upper body strength again. I am on day 18 today but sore from all the boxing yesterday, so i did day 19 today instead (lower body) and will do day 18 tomorrow after my arms and back have rested.
