FB FIT - Round 2 - Repeat Programme straight after

Hi,

Just coming to the end of FB Fit round 2, really enjoyed it, found it very varied and challenging. Also pleased with the results I've been getting with improved strength and toning.

I want to keep things going, is it ok to repeat this one again? Or should I opt for something else for a month and then switch back into it? Just interested to hear what other people have done.
