Any workout recommendation for LCL knee injury?

Hi guys,

New to being FB member but I've been working out with their YouTube channel for a few years now.

Anywho... it's lockdown, and the last 5 weeks I've been doing no exercise due to an LCL knee injury.

No pain, but there is general discomfort, aching, lots of twitching throughout the leg... no fun. R.E.S.T is recommended but now I'm starting to get agitated with the lack of movement. Mostly just feels like it will going to buckle, basically.

Starting to try very basic, low-impact workouts with upper body and Abs... but feel I am still in need of some lower body.

Lunges, squats, basically anything that requires bending/ rotating the knees or holding all my body weight on one knee at a time seem to be a no-go.

Any recommendations?
