Perspiration Pals - June 23.

Sweat Day2. How to describe my scheduled workout? Hm, deceptively tough for such a short amount of time! Same as yesterday.😉

I liked this one more than I anticipated. Definitely got me sweating and my arms are done. Well, I know uppers are my weakness, hence the GIF, but I can live with that- for now.

However, I would say this is more total than upper body routine. That’s the feeling I got due to all of the cardio moves, which btw were extra mean to my legs after yesterday.😅

And the EC got me wonder, but I am proud because I was able to go through the entire routine without actually - moving a finger. 🤣 I just knew that stuff would kill me, but I’m a survivor, therefore, NOPE! 😎

Anyhow, worked up a good sweat with another workout complete.
