Recommendations please :) FB Plus / Blend Programme / Booty / Burn

Hi all,

I'm hoping I can get recommendations and your thoughts on workout programmes.

I completed Strong as I love strength workouts but I felt that whilst the workouts were tough I could have done with just a tad bit more cardio. I moved on to Fit2 which at week 3 daunted me with all the HIIT, however it actually really isn't that bad and I am loving how much the programme pushes me physically and mentally. I'm returning to work soon though so the longer workouts might not work and I could need a programme that gives the option of a daily EC to make it longer when i have time

I am focusing on gaining strength and muscle whilst still building my cardio endurance.....and losing that last bit of stubborn belly fat which will come in time i guess.

I want to do 2 workouts minimum pw focusing on lower body strength.

Has anyone done the blend programme? Or booty - how did you use this programme and add in extra workout days? I've also been considering FB Plus?

But if there's any recommendations you think would work well and I haven't mentioned, let me know :)
