What next?

Hello there you lovely lot!

I’ve completed bodyweight 2 and am about to finish strong....what next!? I’ve lost just over 2 inches on my waist and hips since doing these programmes (not necessarily eating totally clean but being more mindful about what I eat. I don’t want to focus on food too much or I get a bit obsessive and an unhealthy Mindset!)

I feel soooo much better in myself since starting my FB journey.

Having said that I really want to torch a bit more of the body fat and tone if possible so what would be the best next programme of the following options that I have to keep the momentum going;

Bodyweight round 1

Sweat

Abs 2

Or even do strong again?

I like most kind of exercising hiit, strength etc so not overly bothered by that just want the most effective I guess for continue to lose the inches.

Any suggestions appreciated.
