Question regarding workout programs

Hi everybody,

I have a question regarding the workout programs. So far, I never did one, but I heard so much about it here in the community. That made me very curious and I would love to try one. But which one to start with?

I looked at the different programs, but I’m kind of overwhelmed by all the choice.

I’m not new to exercises. At the moment I train 6 times a week for about an hour. I love HIIT and Core. My weak spot is strength.

Has anybody any recommendations?
