After a recent FB workout, it was HIIT and Abs, I noticed my neck was trying to cramp up. I do my best to keep good alignment during core work but I feel as if anytime I do a "crunch" move, my neck muscles tend to seize up later that day. This causes pain to radiate down my trapezius and into the rhomboid.

Any tips for correcting my technique/preventing neck pain?
