Anybody else doing the FB Flex and FB Abs together? They suggest pairing them but I feel like I am doubling up on exercises. I started them at the same day have already lifted weights the first two days. On the third day the flex program has an abs component while the abs does core stuff. I'm sure I can just skip the similar routines but I was wondering what others were doing. I choose these because I can't do a lot of lower body or much HIIT because of a hip injury that I'm having surgery for soon.
