Perspiration Pals- June 20.

Oh, those uncredited pulses. She's sneaky like that,😉 I was unprepared. After the first round, I added resistance bands and well, I feel my glutes today for real. 😅

Don't know about today, maybe another pilates later in the evening, but tomorrow is definitely pure old lazy rest day, 😉

Just enjoyed a big bowl of veggie salad. And ice-cream. Yes, a big bowl as well. 🤣
