New Program for endurance

Hey y'all. I'm going to be finishing FB-30 round 4 tomorrow and I'm looking to start a new program Monday. Wondering what you guys suggest as a program to build endurance. I am way out of shape. This time last year I stopped working out everyday and I'm just now getting back in the game. I gained 30lbs and can hardly make it through a mile run. I also seem to hit pause a lot, especially during HITT... During the past year I'd go running here and there and do random workouts, but it is clear I am not where I was. Just looking for some guidance.
