FB Fit R2 or FB Burn & Abs R2

Hi all,

I have completed FB30 2 week trial, followed by FB Low Impact R2 and I will be on the last week of Sweat next week.

I enjoy following the programs as they provide me with structure and I don't have to think about what I am doing each day.

I want to challenge myself but not sure what to do next. I need to lose weight and I want to tone and feel strong at the same time. I can't decide whether to really go for it and do FB Fit R2 which is 8 weeks or whether to do 2x4 week programs.

My concern is how core intensive Abs program will be as that is my weakness and I don't know if I am mentally ready to tackle that yet.
