Perspiration Pals - June 18.

Oh, c'mon! I'm typing this pre-workout, but I already know you cannot blame me for procrastinating. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Not really, because - this one is going to be brutal, as it's one of Daniel's HIIT and Abs routine in BE format. I mean, give me a break. Or even better, more of them. ๐Ÿคฃ

The only thing that gets me through a tough workout like this one is constantly reminding of how effective it can be when just keep pushing. I already know my muscles are going to be screaming by the time I get to the workout complete screen. So, I'm procrastinating a bit more.๐Ÿ˜‡ Sue me. ๐Ÿ˜…

Otherwise, I can start screaming right now. Who am I kidding?! I'll do the screaming part anyways. ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿคฃ
