Smarter approach?

I just finished the May you choose challenge, and.... I removed the planned programs strong challenge and after that abs2 😓

As I keep having a swollen knee and stiff upper leg muscles after lower body, on the left side where I had tibia broken 4 years ago now, I have to be realistic and scale back.

As for lower body I will start with only therapeutic exercises. But I like to be in a program and I'm really disappointed to delete the planned ones. Also my right leg is dancing all through the workouts without ever complaining at all, which is very frustrating.

But, to stay on the bright side, there have been lots of recommendations for Reach, and I think I'll give it a go. I will pair it with the rehab excersises very carefully, with walking and easy biking, and I hope the leg will eventually gets stronger so I can do the workouts I like most.

And, it wouldn't hurt to become a bit more flexible at all! Starting next Monday, very curious about it
