FB Strong and FB Blend Trial

I got my little brother hooked on working out with me with FB videos and we just finished "FB Strong" a few days ago and started the two week "FB Blend" trial program today!! Feeling strong and grateful for my body and my workout companion!

Anyone who has done the FB Strong program - how did you mentally compensate and reassure yourselves that your workouts were just as good as ones filled with HIIT and cardio? I have an unhealthy tendency to feel like my workout wasn't "good enough" if I don't feel totally dead by the end of it. Not true, I know, but wondering how people frame their mindsets to gain a better perception of workouts lacking in HIIT/cardio content.
