"Stay Upright" Challenge - Day 3 Check-In

Hey challenge buddies!

How are you doing today? Are you ready for a real balance challenge? And some extra muscle-burning core work?

Our main workout today is Daniel's balance workout. There's a beginner and an advanced version available. I'll be doing the beginner one, but by all means, if it looks too easy for you, go for the advanced one. 😉

There's only one exercise that uses a physioball in the beginner one, but it should be easy to modify by doing a full superman from a plank position instead.

We'll be doing some standing abs for our warm-up (except if you're looking for something shorter of course), and our optional videos are a slow/fast cardio workout and a specific core workout with pulses, I guess those fall more into the "body control" category than pure balance or coordination... As always, feel free to skip them or choose other videos if you like.
