Hi all, Im very new here. I found fitness blender on youtube and started exploring for specific type exercises. I heard in their videos about the website and the programs, so I came on here to check it out. I haven't yet purchased a program yet. I am rather excited to do so, because they have some interesting programs that fit what I would like to achieve. I am super excited to actually have a plan for my workouts even if at this exact moment I am piecing together the free workout videos.
