Skipping a program day messes up my week!


I'm doing FBBurn (Again. Love it! ) and I am forcing myself to take a few days off for stretching and light cardio bc I messed up my back on some overzealous deadlifts. My question: how do other M-F workout people feel about skipping a day or two and then having to re start with, say, a Wednesday workout on a Friday? I kind of hate it bc I like how they usually have difficult workouts on Mondays and Fridays to kick start your week or end it off right and it would just feel odd to me to start Monday with a recovery workout for example. What do you guys do about that? Thanks!
