Breaks Between Programs/Burn Out

Do any of you take breaks between programs? If so, how long? I'm nearing completion of my 3rd 4 week program in a row (started them a million times over the years but this is the first time I've been consistent) and am starting to feel a bit of burnout. I'm loving the results and feel good overall, but my husband recommended I take a couple weeks off when I complete this current program. My fear is that I'll lose the discipline I've developed and back track on progress I've made. Thoughts? Advice? Thanks!
