Hey guys! Hope doing fine!
Since 2020 strated i feel very umotivated to do strenght training, i'm very tired to lift weights and i'm not very happy with the results i have.
My question is, can i built some lean muscle with doing pilates with elastic bands?
Usually my cardio is walking and some hiit, but i can't do weights anymore, i really don't like it.
