Tomorrow Melanie L and I will be starting a balance, coordination, functional strength and flexibility challenge consisting of mainly older videos/videos that are not included in many programs. There's a lot of hidden and not-so-hidden core work involved, single-arm/leg moves, strength training (the first week) and challenging bodyweight workouts, optional relaxing stretching, sweaty cardio, and most importantly lots of fun. The workout length each day will also be very flexible and easily adjustable.
