New to FB and looking for best plan recommendation

Hi all! So I'm no stranger to working out without equipment. In fact, I prefer bodyweight workouts. I'm new here, and was wondering what recommendations you guys could make in regards to a plan that will help my overall muscle definition/mass gain and strength building?

The website is confusing for me to navigate, and I'm unable to find much info on each plan so I thought I would ask here.
