Could you review my workout plan?

I've done Fitness Blender Strong and Lean challenge, and I really liked it, but I decided to change things up a little bit.

So this is my plan:

Mon - upper body strength

Tue - stationary bike HIIT + core work

Wed - whole-body strength

Thu - stationary bike HIIT + core work

Fri - lower body strength

Sat - stationary bike HIIT + core work

Sun - rest day

I also intend on doing yoga every day.

So what do you think? I'd like to hear suggestions!
