around my anniversary

So, I dont rmember exactly when I startd with fb, but according to my memory and the great fb pus tracker, I do know it was around this time five years ago. In that time, I have done over 18,000 minutes of workouts at or above a level three in difficulty, and around 9,100 below level three. I have done over 700 workouts....

I have weathered degradation in both a knee and an ankle (dr. keeps talking replacement of the knee) but I can still do squats and all low impact moves for the most part. I have been back to physical theray at least two times in the past fice years, and my therapist is always impressed with my mobility.

So, I guess I just need to remind all, movement is important, strength is important, attitude is important, and together these can keep you going beyond all predictions!! Thanks Kelli and Daniel for giving me the skills and methods to get to this place!!
