Week 2 day 2 and an upper body NSV!!

Hey blender-inos!

How are we all today? So today was week 2 day 2 of my own program and time for some UB strength. Have to say I am starting to love UBS. Used to be my least fave but I have stuck at it and now really enjoy it.

Today I did this;

Got a good sweat on and a little light cardio (I have HIIT tmr so this was perfect.)

Also got a great NSV. I decided to try bicep curls with my 15 pound weights.. and I could do it! both rounds. And even better I am somehow suddenly able to reverse fly 6 pounds per! I have been using 3 per hand for what seems like forever. Is it weird that this has made me really happy?!!
