Blend vs Sweat?

My college-age daughter is bored with her own workouts. She just looked through all the Fitness Blender programs via my account and has narrowed it down to Sweat or Blend. From anyone who has done both, what are the differences, pros and cons of each? I have done Sweat, but not Blend, so I can't compare the two. Thanks!
