Where to go after FB Low Impact R2?

I'm just about to finish my second run through FB low impact R2 and I'm looking for a new challenge.

I can't do high impact stuff due to a knee injury so whatever I do will have to be modified, but I'm confident I can do this if not provided explicitly

I have previously done fb30, abs1+2, bodyweight, bored easily and I also recently purchased FB fit (but I suspect this is beyond my current level!). I don't really remember the contents of these programs (it was a while ago!).

So, people moving on from beginner workouts - what worked for you and what didn't, what would you recommend? Thanks!
