I'm sure this has been asked many times but how many cardio and strength training sessions should I be doing a week? I've been following FB for 10 weeks now and am keep to have a proper plan.
Over the course of a week, I'm currently doing:
4 sessions of cardio
3 sessions of arms
3 sessions of abs
Is this too much/little?
Have to say FB has been amazing for me. Each week I see my fitness levels improve and my body shape is changing too. I absolutely love it - thanks Kelli and Daniel.
