Lower Body


Hi everyone,

I'm new to FB and new to working out at home.

Have any of you tried the HIIT Cardio & Butt & Thigh Workout (42m)?

If you have, how often would you do it?

Or which home workout would anyone recommend for me to basically sort out the big fat mess that is my lower half?

Any advise or suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.

P.S: Currently i have no equipment except two 1.5kg dumbells which are too light for me. In classes I would be using anywhere between 4kg-6kg, depending on what i was doing.
