Starting to run during FB Fit round 2

Hey All,

So I've been using different FB programs during these crazy times. I've done FB Sweat, FB Strong, and am on my first day of FB Fit round 2. My timed 1 mile run was 10.24 m. I'm happy about the time but, I was really out of breath which I was pretty disappointed with. I would love to add a leisurely running program on top of this program. Do you all think that would be too much?
