I just purchased the FB Blend and I am excited to try out the program, I have been working out with fitness blender for about four years now, I absolutely love them! However, after looking at the workout plans, all of the videos in the 4-week program I have done already online. I thought these programs would be different than the free youtube workout videos? Are there any programs that are different than the ones online already?
