10 min workouts for recovery day

So today was day 6 for me (I am working on my own programme at the moment.) So most of my muscles were talking to me to some extent and today was definitely a light active recovery day.

A good warm up (thanks Kelli for the push up combos at the end!). Followed by this;

Added light weights to some moves. And finally this:

Not done that one before and enjoyed it. As ever it is easy to vary the intensity. I also think it might be worth a look for anyone new to kickboxing, it's not all kickboxing so you get a break from that intensity. Intervals are long at 50 seconds each and the pace isn't frantic so you have time to get the moves down.

Added a 10 min free style stretch and in 40 ish minutes I am done!
